Planning your kitchen is very vital thing before constructing your kitchen. Kitchen is the centre of household charm in your house. There are numerous kitchen plans which you can follow according to your kitchen space and number of cooks in your kitchen.

Various Kitchen Plans 1U shape plan is very versatile and workstation is placed on each of the walls. There is great storage and counter spaces. But this plan won’t accommodate multiple cooks. A kitchen must be of 8 x 8 sizes otherwise the cook won’t get minimum 4 feet space for working.

Another kitchen plan is L shape plan. You can install two workstations on one wall and third on adjacent wall. This arrangement more space oriented and benefits are further in crossed. Peninsula plan requires much space. After preparing your meals, peninsula can become double. This serves as a bar or serving buffet.

The last but not least the one wall kitchen plan is usually seen in smaller kitchens in apartments, smaller home and vocation houses. This is least efficient for the cook and cause frustration. There is traffic and this cause problem. Sink is installed in between stove and refrigerator. Therefore, it is not better design.

Kitchen plan can make your cooking very practical and easy. You must select the right one for your available kitchen space.
